We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in a variety of positions including manufacturing, janitorial, security, and fulfillment centers. No Experience? Carlson provides paid training for motivated, reliable candidates ready to learn.

Floor Care Technicians
to support our retail operations throughout the
Minnesota area
. With multiple site locations available, we work to match associates with opportunities that best fit their commute and preferred work area whenever possible.
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and can reliably report for very early morning shifts.
Schedules are based on operational needs and may include weekends, holidays, and availability across a seven-day workweek. Weekly pay every Friday

Sweep, mop, scrub, buff, burnish, and maintain hard-surface flooring
Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, and other floor care equipment safely
Inspect equipment and report maintenance issues, damage, or supply shortages
Work independently and with other Carlson team members to meet customer expectations
Assist with additional cleaning and floor care duties as assigned
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous floor care, janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
Willingness to learn professional floor care equipment and cleaning procedures
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers, customers, and store personnel
Availability for early morning hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, push, and pull throughout the shift
Ability to push and pull floor care equipment across various floor surfaces
Ability to work safely around wet floors, cleaning products, and mechanical equipment
Work is primarily performed indoors during early morning and other nontraditional hours
