If you are a service-minded individual who loves to have fun – we are the company for you!Key ResponsibilitiesPrep and install flooring according to company procedures with high attention to detailKeep job site organized and clean and maintain a safe and clean work environmentReview project plans to understand the scope of work prior to arriving at the job siteMust have reliable transportation and tools to do the contracted jobsMust have the ability to deliver materials to the job site and haul away wasteDemonstrate understanding of units of measurement and proficiency with simple mathAbility to interact with customers in a friendly, trustworthy and polite mannerEnsure company standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met for every jobQualifications5 years of flooring installation experienceValid driver's license and functioning vehicleAbility to pass a background checkHome Improvement Contractor registrationCertificate of Insurance (including Workers' Compensation)Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedlyAbility to stand, walk, crouch, squat and liftWhat We OfferSteady pipeline of premium flooring projectsCompetitive compensation paid promptly upon customer satisfaction of job completionSupportive team and efficient operationsThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
