Job description
Row 34 is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for our Burlington location. The AGM will lead daily operations, coach the team, and own server operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences from open to close.
You’ll be on the floor during service, setting the tone and maintaining service standards while collaborating with the GM on staffing and performance. A strong focus on hospitality and team leadership is essential.
