Job description
Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. You will work line, register, and drive-thru during every rush, setting the pace with the team and owning people, product, and profit inside your four walls.
You will recruit, train, coach, and develop the team while managing labor, costs, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role is hands-on and built for ownership and speed.
