Job description
Retail For The People in New York City seeks an experienced leader to act as a co‑authored Store Manager counterpart. You will partner with the Store Manager on recruitment, onboarding, and developing Associates and Keyholders who share the brand's passion.
Lead floor operations with authority, coach in real time, and own the customer experience. This role drives sales performance and maintains brand visuals; you will ensure schedules, inventory, and compliance are managed with rigor.
