Job description
Floor Maintenance Assistant (S)Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center is currently accepting applications for a full-time Floor Maintenance Assistant. The primary purpose of the Floor Maintenance Assistant is to clean and maintain various types of floor surfaces and safely move furniture as needed within the facility. Based on staffing needs, this position may also perform various housekeeping duties as needed.
Salary Range:
$31,200.00 - $48,810.00Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred:Demonstrated experience in floor care and cleaning.Ability to follow procedural directions in the use of cleaning productsPhysical Requirements: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.This Position Is Designated As Mandatory And Must Report Or Stay Over During Adverse Weather EventsThe usual work schedule is Wednesday - Tuesday - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.To be considered for employment an applicant must be in good standing with the Health Care Personnel Registry and other licensing boards/agencies.
