Job description
American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring store adherence to AEO Brand Visual Standards and executing floorset updates.
You will train and coach the Floorset team to meet productivity goals and maintain replenishment and merchandising standards. You will collaborate with leadership to keep the store guest-ready, drive outstanding guest experiences, and uphold store safety and shrink-reduction initiatives.
