Floor Technician - CVI – Rehabilitation Center at Hartsfield Village (Powers Health)Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00am – 4:30pm, includes weekends and holidaysSeeking experienced individuals with excellent customer service, good communication skills and flexible.Our Full-time substantial benefits package includes:Paid Time Off (PTO)Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription Benefits (Low Deductibles, Low Co-Pays)Life Insurance, Short Term Disability and Supplemental InsuranceRetirement Plan – 401(k) with employer matchEmployee Wellness ProgramTuition ReimbursementAnd many more benefitsAreas of Responsibility:Under supervision and in accordance with established schedules, procedures and safety standards, performs service duties necessary to maintain the facilities, resident quarters and public areas in an orderly, safe, sanitary and attractive condition, in Assisted Living and Independent Living to include:Utilizing various machines and cleaning supplies to clean carpets and flooring throughout buildingsResponding to urgent cleaning needs of Staff and Residents to help maintain a clean, safe and attractive environmentTrash removal and disposalCross train in the Senior Living buildingsKnowledge and Abilities:Must be able to regularly stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, and crouch. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to communicate effectively in English both in writing and verbally to residents and team members. Must possess strong teamwork along with effective communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to perform required competencies (skills) for this position within allotted time frames.
