We are looking for motivated individuals to join our full-time team!Benefits:Health insurance – depending on your job classification, you may be eligible to participate in our health insurance program.Paid time off – paid vacations and one week paid vacation (after one year of employment).Recognition program – to celebrate and inspire actions and contributions through our Super Performer Recognition Program and our Longevity Recognition Program.If you are interested, apply through our website, follow the link on this page.M/F/D/V/E/O/ESpecific programs and eligibility rules apply.Responsibilities:Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and ornaments.Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, halls, bathrooms, corridors, elevators, staircases, dressing rooms, and other work areas.Sweep the floor.Vacuum carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, and curtains.Remove dust from furniture and equipment.Polish metal carpentry.Wash walls, ceilings, and carpentry.Wash windows, door panels, and window sills.Empty trash baskets; and empty and clean ashtrays.Transport trash and waste to the disposal area.Replenish bathroom supplies.Perform other assigned tasks.Requirement:MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN FLOOR WORK in removing old wax, sweeping and applying vinyl floor finish, carpet extraction, pressure washing, and floor machinery.MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING.Must be flexible to help with other cleaning duties.MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.Must be able to READ ENGLISH.Must be able to PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRIVER’S LICENSE.Must be over 18 years old.Must have personal transportation to travel in the area.Must have a valid Texas driver’s license.Must have a clean driving record.
