In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of key janitorial duties.The Perks:Medical, dental, vision insurancePaid holidays and paid time off403(b) retirementFree membership at our award-winning fitness centerBenefits exceptions apply, based on # hours worked per weekThe Core Duties:Keeping our campus sparkling!Dusting and mopping floorsMoving equipment and furniture for cleaning purposesProvide cleaning and preventative maintenance. This includes pressure washing multiple surfaces, projects for carpets, tiles, concrete and miscellaneous floor and hardscapes throughout campusFollow established practices regarding handling and disposal of classified materials and blood borne pathogensRespond to routine calls for any facility needsWashing walls, windows, doors, furniture, baseboards and other items needed to maintain a clean safe environment for our visitors and staffSeeking out areas that require cleaning and take initiative to complete the taskCollecting and disposing of trash/recyclingThe Essentials:High school diploma or GED equivalency preferredSuccessfully complete department orientation and any pre/post-employment testingAbility to communicate effectively (written and oral)Ability to use a computer and communicate via emailAbility to multi-task and establish prioritiesAbility to maintain organization in a changing environmentExhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadershipAbility to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectivesTexting Privacy Policy and Information: Message type: Informational; you will receive text messages regarding your application and potentially regarding interview scheduling.
