Floor Care SpecialistThe Floor Care Specialist will perform specialized cleaning and maintenance services on a variety of flooring surfaces in commercial facilities throughout the Indianapolis area. Candidates must have hands-on knowledge of proper floor care procedures, equipment operation, and industry best practices.Required ExperienceCarpet cleaning and extractionCarpet spotting and stain removalHard floor scrubbing and refinishingStripping and waxing/VCT floor maintenanceBurnishing, buffing, and polishingFloor care equipment operation and maintenanceProper chemical usage and safety proceduresQualificationsPrevious floor care experience requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekendsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation & BenefitsStarting Pay: $20.00 per hour (with verified floor care experience)Full-time positionOpportunities for advancementProfessional training and developmentSupportive team environmentCompensation: $20.00 per hourBuilt on a foundation of great brands and employees with a passion for service, our vision is to be the leading provider of essential services through empowered people, world-class customer service and convenient access.
