Floor Technician Duties and ResponsibilitiesSweep and mop floorsAssist with striping, buffing, and waxing surfacesClean or shampoo carpetsPerform light window and wall cleaning dutiesMaintain equipment and suppliesFollow workplace safety standardsOther dutiesQualifications for General CleanerAbility to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policiesMust be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operationsAttention to detailAbility to follow schedules and keep commitmentsAbility to follow directions from a supervisorAbility to demonstrate professionalismMust be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a teamSentral Services LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
