Floor TechnicianCreate a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our skilled nursing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment and enjoys leading by example. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our residents, families, and staff experience a facility that is well-maintained, sanitary, and inviting.Employee Benefits PackageComprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance$100/month company contribution to an HSA accountDaily Pay Option401KEmployer paid life insurance 1x annual salary up to $100kPaid Time Off & FlexibilityGenerous Paid Time OffPersonal Day BenefitGuidance and assistance from a dedicated regional teamWhat You’ll DoAs a Floor Tech, you will support the daily operations of our environmental services team, including:Perform and oversee daily cleaning tasks to maintain a sanitary, orderly, and attractive facilityClean and disinfect resident rooms, restrooms, offices, lounges, therapy areas, entrances, and common spacesMaintain floors through sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaningEnsure proper setup of safety signage and follow infection-prevention protocolsKeep work areas, equipment, and supplies clean, organized, and properly storedComplete light maintenance tasks such as replacing bulbs, cleaning vents, and checking equipmentAssist with minor repairs and upkeep of resident equipment (wheelchairs, shower chairs, etc.)Maintain exterior areas by sweeping entrances, cleaning outdoor furniture, and removing debrisSupport room readiness for admissions and dischargesMonitor supply levels, manage inventory, and ensure proper use of cleaning products and equipmentWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAt least one year of experience in housekeeping, maintenance, or environmental services (healthcare experience a plus)Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to work independently and follow a structured scheduleA positive attitude and desire to support residents and staffHours: 7am-3:00pmPay: $16.00 per hour, Non- Exempt, HourlyWe provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
