We are looking to fill positions immediately!We are seeking a dedicated floor technician to join our team in Longview, TX. In this role, you'll play an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and is committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and care.What You'll DoKeep floors shining – buffing, polishing, waxing, and refinishingOperate cleaning equipment (buffers, vacuums, shampooers, etc.)Maintain area rugs & upholstered furniture (spot clean & replace when needed)Change patient room curtains weeklyEnsure equipment is properly used and storedMove furniture/equipment as needed to complete tasksReport safety hazards or maintenance issues promptlyWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Strong attention to detail. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Flexible with scheduling (night shift required).
