Job description
American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to act as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand. You will ensure the store consistently reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards and execute Floorsets with precision, coaching the Floorset team to hit productivity goals.
You will own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments while maintaining the guest experience as the top priority. Collaboration with leadership and a strong team mindset are essential.
