Job description
American Eagle Outfitters Inc. seeks a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards.
You will train the Floorset team, manage floorset execution, and ensure replenishment keeps the store guest-ready with sharp merchandising. You will lead day-to-day merchandising, adjust sell-through, and collaborate to keep the store top to floor standards.
