Job description
American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering exceptional guest experiences and flawless floorset execution. You will train the Floorset team, drive productivity, and ensure all store areas reflect AEO Brand Standards.
You will also manage day-to-day merchandising, replenish stock to optimize sell-through, and collaborate with leadership to implement action plans. A strong focus on team culture and safety is essential.
