Job description
AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Gilbert, AZ to act as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand. You will ensure stores reflect AEO Brand Visual Standards, execute floorsets, and refresh merchandising to keep the guest experience engaging.
You will train and coach the Floorset team, prioritize tasks, and partner with leadership to drive replenishment, sell-through, and safe, shrink-conscious operations. AEO values real self-expression and team collaboration.
