Job description
American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring stores reflect AEO Brand Visual Standards and execute Floorsets with precision at AE & Aerie locations.
You will train and mentor the Floorset team, manage replenishment, and partner with leadership to keep the guest experience at the forefront while maintaining store standards and safety. This role emphasizes teamwork, recognition, and consistent visual execution.
