Job description
McNamaraFlorist in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Full Time Floral Department Manager with 3–5 years of floral design and supervisory experience to lead the shop's design team.
You will design arrangements for weddings, events, holidays, and everyday orders while mentoring staff, coordinating with sales and service, and driving profitability.
The role requires a fast-paced, customer-focused leader who can handle high-volume periods and help ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service.
