Floral Production Associate

Are you looking for a full-time opportunity with a stable schedule, benefits, and the chance to work with fresh flowers every day? USA Bouquet, a leading floral company in Itasca, is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team.
As a Floral Production Associate, you will help create, assemble, package, and prepare floral products for shipment. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your work helps deliver beautiful bouquets to customers nationwide.
Schedule & Pay
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Overtime opportunities available during peak holiday and seasonal periods
Must be flexible to work occasional weekends when needed (typically 1-2 Saturdays or Sundays per month during busy seasons)

Responsibilities
Assemble and prepare floral bouquets and arrangements
Process, sort, and handle fresh flowers
Package products for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow quality and safety standards
Work efficiently in a team environment
Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications No experience required; training provided
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and dependable attendance
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift and move products as needed
Team player with a strong work ethic
