Job description
Terracon's Florida Division seeks an exceptional Client Development Director to lead and advance our Client Development organization across the state. As a senior member of the Florida Division leadership team, you will develop talent, strengthen client relationships, and drive strategic growth initiatives.
You will supervise Client Development Managers and Specialists, partner with Operations Managers and marketing, and align teams to achieve long‑term revenue, backlog, and profitability.
