Job description
CompHealth is helping place physicians in a hospitalist role in the Tampa area of Florida. The position offers two full-time schedule options (7 on/7 off or 218 annual shifts) with 12-hour day shifts and a closed ICU model supported by 24/7 intensivist coverage.
The hospitalist group is physician-led and independent, with local scheduling decisions. Competitive compensation includes salary bonuses, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package.
