Job description
Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks an Employment Coach to support the Florida National Guard Employment Support Program. The role focuses on helping Soldiers, Airmen, and families balance civilian work with military service, matching job opportunities with trained candidates.
The Employment Coach will liaise with the Adjutant General’s office and local employers, providing coaching, resume assistance, interview prep, and program navigation. Travel and weekend events are expected.
