Job description
Gentiva Hospice in Florida seeks a Regional Director of Operational Excellence to lead branch operations, onboarding, audits, and QAPI programs. You will partner with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure regulatory readiness, high-quality patient care, and staff engagement across the region.
The role requires regular in-person travel, a strong RN background, and at least five years in operations or leadership within hospice settings.
