Now boasts over 500 locations across the United States and Canada.Tallahassee Location!! Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Tallahassee, Florida is hiring a Full time Massage Therapist lead!! Our location has 10 beautiful treatment rooms with all the supplies you need to provide your client with the most amazing service.We are in search of a licensed massage therapist looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding!Position Responsibilities:A very strong desire to deliver quality customer serviceStrong intention to help others through the healing benefits of spa servicesTreat clients in a professional caring mannerDevelop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needsEducating clients on the benefits of massages as part of their overall wellness programMaintain detailed treatment recordsAbility to perform Swedish, Hot Stone and other modalitiesHands on interviews/reporting hands on interview results to spa manager who will perform the talking portion of the interview & hiring processTrain all Hand & Stone massage protocolsSafety precautions of hot stone and Himalayan salt stone massagesLayout of stones/cleaning of stonesFilling out necessary paperwork for interviews & trainingsOrientation of new massage therapistsFielding questions of massage therapistsWhat We Offer:Flexible Schedule - we welcome massage therapists looking for supplemental income, and those with a busy schedule!Health insurance, dental and vision benefitsPTOCareer development - we offer continuing education training (at no cost) to our team members.
