Gracepoint Wellness invites a compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient mental health clinic. You will perform psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and medication management while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care for diverse clients across the lifespan.
