Job description
STV is seeking a Florida Project Development & Environmental (PD&E) Director to drive the transportation project lifecycle across Florida. You will lead PD&E pursuits with FDOT, build client relationships, and expand STV’s presence in the Florida PD&E marketplace.
As a trusted partner and technical leader, you will guide multi-disciplinary teams, shape strategy, and win large, multi-year programs while delivering high‑profile projects from planning through environmental approval to design.
