Job description
Irving Knight Group is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead senior living operations across Florida. The role focuses on resident care, compliance, financial performance, occupancy growth and team leadership with regular travel between communities.
Based in Florida with a remote-oriented leadership role, you will travel frequently to communities, meetings and other locations as required. A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field is preferred.
