Job description
Aviata Health Group seeks a Traveling Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical operations of facilities across Florida. The role requires residency in Florida and willingness to travel throughout the state, with at least 3 years of DON experience in long term/skilled nursing.
As DON you will lead clinical teams, ensure compliance with company practices, manage vacancies, and drive a culture of excellence. Must hold RN license and CPR certification; travel extensively is required.
