Specializing in commercial printing, personalization, mail insertion, and fulfillment services, they combine advanced technology with a strong customer-focused reputation.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Flow Master Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 15.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:00pm)Set up and operate Flowmaster inserting equipment for direct mail production.Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.Load materials and ensure accurate assembly of mail pieces.Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications.Flow Master Operator Qualifications:Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred, but willing to train dependable candidates.Ability to follow written instructions and maintain quality standards in a production environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify production issues.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed throughout the shift.High school diploma or GED preferred but may not be required based on experience.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
