Flowback Night SupervisorWISCO is hiring a Flowback Night Supervisor to lead nightly well testing and flowback operations. This role oversees crews, ensures safe and efficient job execution, and delivers high-quality service to meet customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise flowback operations, including rig-up/rig-downLead and support crew members to ensure safe, efficient workDetermine equipment needs and proper setup based on job requirementsMonitor equipment performance and maintain accurate job documentationEnforce safety policies, SOPs, and QA/QC standardsOversee equipment maintenance and ensure readiness for upcoming jobsMaintain strong communication with customers and internal teamsRequirementsFlowback/well testing experience required; leadership experience preferredStrong knowledge of oilfield equipment and safety practicesAbility to lead crews and problem-solve in the fieldValid driver's licenseWhat We OfferHousing providedMedical, Dental, Vision (effective 1st of month after 30 days)401(k)Work with a state-of-the-art well testing division supporting high-pressure, high-rate operationsRotational Schedule: 28 days on, 14 days off
