Three office locations with openings in Jersey City, NJ;

If you want a litigation career with real stakes and real impact, this is your firm.

Drive strategic settlement discussions, including mediation and direct negotiation with opposing counsel

Contribute to firm thought leadership through articles, CLEs, and webinars that raise your profile and the firm's

Manage a dynamic caseload with urgency and strategic precision, working independently while collaborating with a high-performing team

Qualifications

J.D. with active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (multi-state strongly preferred)

5+ years of substantive federal court FLSA litigation experience — plaintiff-side or in-house/solo backgrounds welcome for the right candidate

Demonstrated experience with collective certification, class certification, and class motion practice

Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
