FluxCore Welder Heavy Equipment FabricationJoin a family-owned, safety-driven fabrication shop building the heavy-duty equipment that keeps the construction and industrial world moving. As a FluxCore Welder, you’ll fabricate excavator buckets, structural components, and industrial assemblies from start to finish working with thick mild steel, performing multipass welds, and contributing to high-impact projects seen on job sites across the country.What You’ll DoFabricate heavy-duty equipment including excavator buckets and large industrial assembliesPerform multipass FluxCore welds on mild steel ranging from 1/4" to 3" thickInterpret blueprints to complete fabrication tasks accurately from start to finishExecute structural welding on large components and assembliesUse MIG and fabrication tools to support full-cycle productionEssential Skills1+ years heavy-gauge FluxCore weldingProficiency with.030 &.045 wireAbility to lift 50 lbs consistently in a fabrication environmentStructural welding & blueprint readingFabrication and MIG welding experienceWhy You’ll Love Working Here6% 401(k) match one of the strongest in the industryFully paid health insuranceAnnual bonus opportunitiesPaid uniforms and employer-supported benefitsFamily-owned culture that values long-term employees and craftsmanshipJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
