Job description
This nationally recognized, Top 100 Critical Access hospital with state-of-the-art facilities is looking for a Family Medicine physician with Surgical OB to join their outpatient clinic. Position Highlights:
Flexible patient volume with ample time to build long-term relationships
Practice full-scope Family Medicine with Obstetrics, seeing newborns to geriatric cases, with a collegial, team-oriented group
Surgical OB required, with a manageable C-section volume of 10-25 per year
Modern outpatient clinic located directly adjacent to the hospital
4-day work week with flexible, shared call
Compensation Details:
$374,000+ guaranteed, ongoing base salary plus production bonus
Total earning potential to $450,000+
Six-figure recruiting incentives including sign-on bonus, relocation, retention bonus, and student loan repayment
7+ weeks of PTO and sick leave
