ExtensisHR, a leading PEO in the U.S., seeks an LOA Specialist to manage and administer job-protected leaves, including FMLA and state-specific programs. You will serve as the primary contact for leave inquiries and ensure compliance across all 50 states while supporting clients and employees with accurate guidance.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least one year in HR with leave experience.
