Job description
Proactive MD is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care at our employer-sponsored health center in Artesia, NM. This is a 30-hour-per-week role with Fridays off and no weekends.
The FNP will provide patient-centered care, spend ample time with patients, and focus on long-term health outcomes within an on-site team. Clinic hours are posted and the facility uses athenahealth for EMR.
