Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Primary Care / Urgent Care
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a busy Primary Care / Urgent Care facility in Brooklyn. This role is ideal for an NP who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care in a Primary Care and Urgent Care setting
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Perform physical exams, assessments, and procedures
Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
Provide preventive care and patient education
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
Active FNP license in New York
1+ year of Nurse Practitioner experience required
Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or similar setting preferred
Strong clinical decision‑making and diagnostic skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
