Job description
Springbrook NY, Inc. is expanding its Article 28 Primary Care Clinic and seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to join the interdisciplinary team.
This role offers both full-time and part-time options, delivering holistic primary care for individuals with IDD with opportunities for in-person and telehealth visits. The ideal candidate will hold NY FNP licensure and certification (MSN or DNP) with at least 3 years in primary care, and a commitment to accessible, person-centered care and health equity.
