About the POSITION:
Looking for a FNP or PA to work at an FQHC in Redway, CA
WORK-LIFE BALANCE
Four-day work week
Rotating call schedule (phone only)
Avg. 17-19 adult and child patients per day

About the COMP & BENEFITS:
$120K - $160K
4% retirement match (100% vested on day one)
