Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Opportunity Central California
A well-established and mission-driven community health organization is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for its location in Los Banos, California . Position Highlights:
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: Average of patients per day
Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
Scope of Services:
Preventive care and immunizations
Health screenings and physical exams
Management of chronic conditions
Acute care for minor injuries and infections
Health and nutrition education
Sick visits and follow-up care
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $140,000 $145,000 annually
Vacation: 15 working days per year (3 weeks), increasing to 4 weeks after 3 years of service
Sick Leave & Paid Holidays: As outlined in the organization's provider handbook
CME Benefits:
5 days of paid CME leave annually
Up to $2,100 reimbursement for CME-related expenses
Professional Fees:
State licensure, DEA, one professional membership, and recertification costs covered
Insurance Coverage:
Medical, Dental, and Vision for the provider, with options for family coverage
Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance included per benefits summary
Retirement Plan: 403(b) retirement plan with employer match of 100% up to 5% of annual salary
Productivity Incentive Bonus: $10 per patient encounter over 22 per day, calculated and paid quarterly (must be employed at the time of bonus disbursement)
