Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Page, Arizona About the Organization Join a well-established, nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving communities throughout northern Arizona and the surrounding region. About the Position We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an outpatient primary care team in Page, Arizona .
100% outpatient
No call
Four 10-hour shifts per week
Schedule options: Monday Thursday or Tuesday Friday
2+ years of experience preferred
Bilingual candidates preferred
Opportunity to provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to a diverse patient population
Practice within an established community health organization with integrated healthcare resources
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $108,725 $152,200 , based on experience and qualifications.
