Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider Stayton, Oregon
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-supported outpatient clinic in Stayton, Oregon . This full-time role offers a collaborative environment, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.
Position Highlights
Schedule : 40 hours/week, salaried.
Team-Based Care : Work with medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, and others.
Focus : Provide primary care tailored to the clinic s patient population.
Initiatives : Engage in quality improvement, virtual care integration, and patient education.
Technology : EPIC EMR system.
Qualifications
Active NP or PA license in Oregon.
Minimum 2 years experience in Family or Internal Medicine.
Current DEA and BLS or ACLS certification.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary plus wRVU bonus potential.
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance .
34 days PTO annually (includes vacation, CME, holidays).
$3,000 CME allowance .
