Job description
Foam OperatorFoam Operator employees perform a variety of de-molding, and trimming operations in order to produce the wide assortment of foam products used in the manufacture of custom seating products.2nd shift: 2:30 pm-1:00 am Monday through Thursday with overtime as needed on FridaysEssential duties for this position include, but are not limited to:De-mold foam from foam molds.Trim flash from molded foam parts.Prep and clean foam molds and tools.Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.Must be flexible in work assignments.Read and follow work instructions.Computer literate.Constantly lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day.Benefits include:Competitive pay up to 24.75/hour ++**Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFree on-site clinic (Seats Reedsburg)401k plan with company match, fully vested 1st dayEarned PTO available at 30 daysPaid vacation & holidaysContinuing education supportProfit sharing and performance bonus programsOpportunities for growth - we promote from within!#IND2**Seats Incorporated offers an hourly wage for this position starting at $21.15 per hour with an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $24.75 per hour**Seats Incorporated is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
