Job description
PILF Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house operations and help sustain a high-energy, guest-focused dining experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will partner with the GM to hire, onboard, train and coach staff, while ensuring smooth shifts and exceptional service across the restaurant.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of restaurant management, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
