Job description
SoftDev Incorporated seeks a FOIA Quality Assurance Lead and Trainer to own the internal quality program and training system. The role translates USCIS guidance into consistent review standards, procedures, and coaching to protect sensitive information and sustain a 95 percent AQL.
You will design QA plans, lead calibration, develop SOPs and training materials, and provide monthly quality metrics to support contract reporting.
