We need someone who takes setup seriously, catches defects before they become problems, and keeps their machine running at the rates that keep our customers happy. If that sounds like you, let's talk.What You'll DoSet up and operate folder gluer machines (including the DGM and Diana) according to job specs — clean setups, minimal wasteRead and follow production tickets accurately from start to finishFold and glue product to exact customer specifications every runPack product by count, check for quality defects, and stage for shippingPerform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines running and downtime lowComplete job tickets and recap forms accurately — your paperwork matters as much as your outputKeep your workspace clean, organized, and tour-ready every dayHit and maintain established machine rates for pieces produced per hourWork in a team environment where everyone pulls their weightWhat We're Looking ForBasic/entry-level operator experience: Starting at $20–$23/hrExperienced operator — setup & running multiple jobs: Up to $24–$28/hrAbility to read a ruler (standard and metric) and understand PDF drawingsBasic math skills — you'll use them dailyFine motor skills and steady hands for precise machine adjustmentsStrong attendance track record — reliability is non-negotiable hereAbility to follow written and verbal instructions without needing constant directionComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-noise manufacturing environmentTeam player with solid communication skills and a self-starter mindsetFamiliarity with ISO 9000 quality standards is a plusHigh school diploma or GED requiredThe DetailsLocation: Sullivan Drive, Fond du Lac, WIShift: 1st Shift 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–FridayEmployment Type: Full-Time, Non-ExemptPay: Minimal Experience / Basic operator Experience: $20 – $23 per hourExperienced operator (setup & running multiple jobs): $24 – $28 per hourOvertime: Occasional, as needed
