In-house design, engineering, printing, manufacturing, and fulfillment guarantee excellence from concept to completion.Essential Functions:Have job jacket, changeover components, and product at gluerPerform line clearance procedures.Read all instructions applying to gluer on the job jacket prior to running job.Understands and carry out the material stripping process when required.Understands both the input and output of the gluer operation.Assists in the performance of preventative maintenance on the gluer when requested.Assists in clean up and in keeping the immediate work area around the gluer neat and orderly.Responsible for reviewing product to quality standards and job jacket requirementsNotify Gluer Operator and/or Quality when quality standards are not metResponsible for the correct packing and labeling of in-process and finished productEnsures all quality checks are completed in a timely mannerSaves retains for Quality as per instructions from job ticketEnsures all safety rules and regulations are followedEnsure work is being done properly or asks questions if unsureAssists in fulfillment and assembly when requestedPerforms other tasks as may be required or requestedPerform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, case making, labeling operations and sortingMaintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulationsPerform related duties as required by supervisionPosition Requirements:High school diploma, G.E.D. or Vocational/Technical degree or equivalent experience in gluer operations.Benefits:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(K) Matching10 Paid HolidaysPaid Time OffFlexible Spending AccountInnomark is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
