Folder/Gluer Operator – 2nd ShiftA growing manufacturing company is adding a new shift in their Finishing Department and is looking for a Folder/Gluer Operator. This is a great opportunity for someone with folding carton/folder-gluer experience—or a mechanically-inclined manufacturing operator who's ready to learn.What You'll DoSet up and operate folder/gluer equipmentMake changeovers/adjustments to meet quality and production requirementsTroubleshoot issues and perform mechanical adjustments as neededMaintain safe, clean work practices and follow standard proceduresRequiredMechanical aptitude and comfort working around manufacturing equipment/machineryAbility to troubleshoot and learn processes quicklyAbility to pass a mechanical aptitude assessment during the interview process (paper test + hands-on test)PreferredExperience in the folding carton industry, specifically folding/gluing machinesHands-on experience with equipment such as: Domino 110, Alpina (Easy Feeder & Cartonpack II), Masterfold (Easy Feeder, Batch Inverter, & Cartonpack II), HHS gluing systems, Heiber Schroeder window machinesStrong understanding of machine setup, troubleshooting, and adjustmentsWhy Consider This RoleDirect hire opportunity with a company investing in growthStrong hourly pay plus shift premiumStable, consistent schedule
