Minutemen Direct is recruiting for a Folder Technician for a large printing facility. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a full benefits package and competitive pay.
Schedule:
Wednesday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Pay:
$25.00-$28.00/hour to start
This role is ideal for experienced candidates looking for a stable position with a condensed schedule. Enjoy working just three days a week while having four consecutive days off (Saturday-Tuesday) .

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate folding equipment for a variety of print jobs
- Read and interpret job tickets and production specifications
- Monitor production runs to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency
- Make real-time adjustments to maintain tight turnaround times
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
- Collaborate with press and bindery teams to keep jobs moving efficiently
Requirements
- 3+ years of folding experience in a print or packaging environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with pharmaceutical printing or miniature folding is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during overnight shifts
